A few years ago, I noticed my husband’s entire attitude began to change towards me and our relationship. It didn’t happen overnight, and at first I thought maybe he was just having a rough patch at work and wasn’t in the mood to talk about it, or be intimate. But as the weeks and months went on, things didn’t get better; they only got worse. I was at the end of my rope and didn’t know what was happening with our previously wonderful marriage.

And then I opened the phone bill statement. My husband usually paid these and as soon as I saw the list of phone sex numbers on the bill and I knew what had been happening. I was angry and hurt and felt as betrayed as if he had cheated physically on me, and it took long months of counseling to get our marriage back on track.
